The Song Circle Music Program
In this dynamic 10-week program, participants will explore the art of songwriting, from crafting lyrics to recording and performing their own original songs. Participants will collaborate with others and work independently to create their unique compositions. With guidance from local musicians, they will record their songs and be part of a Song Circle CD, featuring tracks from all participants. At the end of the program, the participants will take the stage to perform their original songs at a live showcase concert, accompanied by local musicians.
The Song Circle Music Program welcomes EVERYONE ages 10 and up - You're never too old to be a STAR!
Online registration begins April 8th, and the program will run from April 16 - June 18.

Weeks 1-4 - Learning the basics of songwriting, participating in song writing workshops, and writing individually to compose your very own single.
Weeks 5-7 - Working with local musicians to record your song + add harmonies, guitar solos, etc.
Weeks 8-9 - Putting the final touches on your recording + practicing with musicians for the final performance.
Week 10 - Final Performance - Artists have an opportunity to perform your original song for an audience at our finale show!
All artists will receive a copy of the Song Circle CD - composed of original songs from all participants!
